Guidance, not a guarantee
AgentSeen checks your product data against publicly documented and observed requirements of AI shopping channels. Shopify, OpenAI and other platforms decide which products they show; we can't guarantee placement or traffic. AI shopping test results reflect one model's answers at one moment.
Your content
AI suggestions are drafts. You review and choose what to apply and remain responsible for your product listings. Applied changes can be undone in the app.
Credits and billing
Scans and the issue list are free. AI rewrites and tests use credits, sold as one-time packs billed through Shopify. Credits don't expire. Failed AI work is refunded in credits.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
