AgentSeen is a Shopify app that checks whether a store's products are ready for AI shopping agents and helps improve them. This policy explains what data it processes.
What we collect
- Store and access data: shop domain, shop name, currency, primary domain, shipping countries, published store policies, and the access token Shopify issues to the app.
- Product data: titles, descriptions, images and alt text, prices, barcodes, stock availability, categories, tags, search fields and metafield names, read to audit each product.
- What you create: AI suggestions, the changes you apply (with the previous values so you can undo), AI shopping test questions and answers, and credit purchases.
We don't read orders or customer data, and we don't store any personal data about your customers.
How we use it
Only to provide the app: audits, AI suggestions, AI shopping tests, billing and support. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
AI processing
When you request an AI rewrite, the product's text facts (title, description, type, category, tags, options, prices) are sent to OpenRouter, which routes them to OpenAI. When you run an AI shopping test, only the questions you approve are sent. Providers process this data to return a result and don't use API data to train models under their terms.
Processors
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), OpenRouter / OpenAI (AI requests), and Shopify (authentication, product access, billing).
Retention and deletion
- Audits are replaced on every scan. Suggestions and test history stay until you uninstall.
- When you uninstall, Shopify sends a deletion request after 48 hours and we delete all data for your store.
